Two ways in.
One team.
Consulting and engineering work closely together at ITM. Consultants develop models, methods and platforms; SW engineers bring their technical expertise into projects, customer workshops and custom-fit solutions.
Consulting
Enterprise architecture and process management
You work with architecture teams in large organisations on operating models, meta models and architecture data. You configure and further develop platforms such as SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio and Bizzdesign Alfabet. We support most engagements over several years, so you can follow the impact of your work.

Engineering
Reports, tooling and agents
You develop solutions where standard software is not enough: SAP LeanIX custom reports used by companies around the world, integrations, standalone tools and AI agents. For our own business platform and for customers, we work specification-first and with AI-assisted development tools.
